The Role
As the Head of Able to Pay, you will be responsible for developing a scalable, sustainable, and profitable business model for our Solar PV, ASHP, and Insulation services in the domestic market. You will lead the end-to-end strategy, optimise processes, and enhance the customer journey, ensuring that our solutions become the preferred choice for homeowners. This is a senior leadership role with significant commercial impact, reporting directly to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Growth Develop and execute a long-term strategy to expand our renewable energy offerings in the domestic market.
* Commercial Leadership Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and ensure profitability through smart pricing strategies and operational efficiencies.
* Operational Excellence Oversee the entire customer journey, from first enquiry to aftercare, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Market Positioning Analyse industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to shape and adapt our strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
* Sales & Business Development Lead customer acquisition strategies, improve lead conversion rates, and drive increased market penetration.
* Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to all industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
* Leadership & Team Building Develop high-performing teams, foster a culture of excellence, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
* Risk & Performance Management Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.

* Expertise in optimising operational processes to deliver high-quality, efficient services to customers.
