Purpose:
The Finance Analyst will support the Finance Business Partner and key stakeholders through timely and accurate insights necessary for informed decision making within the Business Units, value-add data analysis, supporting growth projects, providing visibility on cost drivers, and execution of plans and projections.
Responsibilities:
* Financial Planning and Strategy: Support Finance Business Partner in the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, financial, and ad-hoc analysis in collaboration with plant and commercial teams.
* Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regional requirements.
* Cost Management and Optimization: Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify areas to optimize costs, cost reduction, and improve efficiencies.
* Profitability Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify areas for improvements up to OI level.
* Inventory Management: Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes.
* Standard Costing: Establish and update standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead as required.
* Automation and Simplification: Support standardization projects through insights in process efficiencies and be a contact point to perform ad hoc requests in time.
* Collaboration: Provide support and guidance to the operations and commercial teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, development, and high performance.

* Previous knowledge/experience of the food production industry is desirable but not essential
* You should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a finance field
* Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience is desirable
