Please note this role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
1. Take ownership of data, statistical analysis and reporting across the Early Careers Team to demonstrate outputs, programme effectiveness, and value to the business.
2. Implement and maintain an annual project plan, managing key delivery dates and progress, to ensure we are offering an industry leading experience to our learners and business.
3. Support of financial management associated with the Early Careers' offer - Working with suppliers in an efficient and effective way, raising purchase orders, and tracking expenditure.
4. Attraction and selection - Deliver a fantastic candidate experience by effectively tracking recruitment of new cohorts, arranging travel and expenses, coordinating and assisting with in-person careers events and assessment centres.
5. Programme logistics - Preparation and coordination of key programme achievements for multiple cohorts, both virtual and in-person, including new joiner experience, induction, rotations, development initiatives, and graduation.
Who You Are
Your skills and experience will include:
1. Running, project managing, or delivering development programmes and initiatives in an agile environment.
2. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the resilience to respond to changing business needs.
3. Excellent data management and reporting skills, ensuring accuracy and generating insights to drive decision-making.
4. Experience in managing and meeting deadlines at pace with a high level of problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to customers, colleagues, and end user experience.
6. Advanced IT skills including the use of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Forms.
