NET Recruit are partnering with a services business to recruit a Customer Service Administrator in Ringwood. Your Role While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to: Logging service calls via the phone, email or customer portals Processing these calls when they are completed in order to raise any required invoices Providing updates to customers on ETAs and the completion of jobs Acting as a point of contact to address and answer any customer queries or information requests Giving exceptional administrative support to senior members of the team and management Communicating with both customers and technicians about work Providing customers with quotations for any additional work requested or required Gaining and acting upon customer feedback as needed You MUST Have Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria: Have sufficient experience within customer service and administration Possess excellent telephone and communication skills Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks Your Opportunity Possessing decades of experience in delivering exceptional products and services to their clients, this business is a market leader in their field. The purpose of the position holder will be to support the ongoing services of the business by providing exceptional customer service to clients, acting as a trusted point of contact and liaison between them and the technical teams.
