Key Responsibilities of an Event Manager End-to-End Project Management: Lead events through the full lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to delivery and post-event analysis. Budget Management: Take full ownership of event budgets, managing multiple currencies and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Decision-Making: Drive key decisions across all event stages, ensuring alignment with client goals.
