Role: Delivery Lead (Premier League Kicks)
Location: Freshfield Road BN2 0BR, with occasional travel to American Express Stadium and American Express Elite Football Performance Centre.
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (to include some evening work)

Lead Our Flagship Premier League Kicks Programme!
Are you ready to take the lead on one of the most impactful youth programmes in the game Our Premier League Kicks initiative harnesses the power of football and sport to unlock the potential of young people, especially those at risk of anti-social behaviour, youth violence, or living in under-served communities.
This isn't just about football. It's about changing lives. Week in, week out, Kicks provides a safe, positive space for young people to play, grow, and thrive through sport, mentoring, and personal development.
Am I right for this role
We're looking for someone who's not just passionate about football, but passionate about making a difference. You'll be a natural leader who thrives on inspiring others, with the drive to manage all aspects of our Kicks programme and help it grow from strength to strength.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a UEFA C Licence and a Youth Work Level 2 qualification and an FA Emergency Aid and Safeguarding certificate, as a minimum. You will also have experience of working within the football industry and with young or vulnerable young people.
