We have an urgent requirement for a HR Officer to join our client's team in Maidstone on a temporary basis.
You will have a responsibility to:
* Ensure all information is secured confidentially in compliance with GDPR
* Submit payroll details accurately
* Work towards deadlines
* Identify whether something needs escalating
Duties will include:
* Administration relating to absences, on boarding, contract changes and leavers
* Update the system for any payroll or contract changes in line with deadlines
* Prepare documents for new starters and leavers
* Conduct exit interviews with colleagues
* Liaise with other departments e.g. payroll regarding pay, pensions or time sensitive submission deadlines
* Support the HR policy with identifying trends to evolve or for example updating HR policies
This role is Monday to Friday (37 hours per week) and the desk is covered 8-6 on a rota basis. This role pays £14.42ph. This could also lead permanent for the right candidate. There is also an opportunity to work from home 2 days per week after training.
We are looking for someone with HR experience.
