Role: Pharmacy Technician (Oncology)
Site: London Bridge Hospital, Central London
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Shift times: 9am -5.30pm plus EDC (Includes lates and Weekends)

We're looking for an Oncology Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy Team at the London Bridge Hospital, currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC.
London Bridge Hospital is one of the UK's largest private healthcare hospitals specialising in complex and acute care. Spread over three main buildings and five outpatient centres, it is home to a number of specialist units and teams across a wide range of disciplines including orthopaedic, spinal, digestive diseases, liver, hepatobiliary, renal, cardiothoracic, critical care, cancer and transplant services.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Deputise for the Senior Oncology Technician in the day to day running of the aseptic unit.
2. Prepare parenteral cytotoxic chemotherapy for both inpatients and outpatients.
3. Provide pharmacy services to the chemotherapy day unit and inpatient oncology wards.
4. Ensure all chemotherapy is made in a timely manner and deliver a high standard of care for our Oncology Service.
5. Aid in environmental monitoring in line with QA and QC regulations.
6. Support the training and development of rotational technicians and assistants.
What you’ll bring:
1. Registered Pharmacy Technician with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
2. Experience in a busy aseptic unit and managing the workflow.
