Job Purpose / Responsibilities: Keeping up to date with the live customer service pipeline across the company Monitoring all incoming projects, updating projects where necessary, and closing down completed projects. Reviewing the installation diaries for any incoming service requests. Organising the diaries of the service technicians whilst prioritising work appropriately. Working with the field engineers to optimise our customer service delivered to the customer. Looking to improve our service where possible, aiding in delivering our mission to be the UK’s most loved service. We want our customers to feel this whenever we interact with them.
