Job Description
As HR BP you will be responsible for:
* Providing HR operational support for assigned BU, leading on all ER case management.
* Providing a full partnering service to the division.
* Strategic partnering with line managers and directors.
* Building line management capability.
* Leading on Union relationships.
* Promoting EDI and Wellbeing agenda.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
* Hold a CIPD L7 qualification.
* Have a proven track record as a strategic and operational HR BP.
* Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Have prior experience in a similar industry.
* Have a proven track record leading change management activity.
