HOURS – 37.5 per week, 5 days out of 7

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
1. Minimum 3 years previous C&B experience in a hospitality environment managing a team
2. Experience of high-volume conferences and dinners
3. Excellent time management skills
4. Ability to identify new trends in service delivery
5. A keen eye for detail
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
1. Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Banquet & Conference set up and service
2. Manage all staff resources against agreed ratios to ensure each event is adequately staffed
3. Support the completion of weekly timesheets for payroll
4. Document daily set-up requirements according to departmental procedures and attach respective diagrams
5. Anticipate guests’ needs, responding promptly and acknowledging all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
