Role: Customer Services Team Lead

Salary: £32-33K
We are supporting a Retail Bank who are looking for a motivated Customer Services Team Lead to help build a function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
* Will be involved in the design and build of new processes, procedures and supporting documentation
* Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customers questions and meet agreed SLA's
Key Skills
* 2 years experience in Customer Services with strong leadership and team building skills
* Exposure to dealing with Customer Complaints across various channels; Telephony, email, social media, live chat
* Financial Services background and ideally Retail Banking experience
* Strong Stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills
* Experience of Retail Mortgages or Savings experience will be well received
* Experience of working within a small business previously will be advantageous
