Your Role:
As part of a close-knit team, you’ll deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care. Your key responsibilities include:
* Building relationships over the phone to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
* Promptly contacting new enquiries to foster strong connections.
* Accurately logging orders and maintaining an up-to-date customer database.
* Supporting marketing campaigns and communicating customer feedback to Head Office.
* Following company workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency.
What You’ll Bring:
* A caring and professional telephone manner, especially with older customers.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
* Competent computer skills and a proactive, team-player attitude.
Shifts:
This permanent part-time role offers a structured schedule:
* Monday & Tuesday: 1 pm – 5 pm
* Wednesday to Friday: 10 am – 3 pm
