Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are working closely with a fabulous Primary School in the Bristol area who are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join their Administrations team on a Permanent basis.
This school is part of a large Trust, you will be joining a school who provides high quality education and creates a welcoming and inclusive environment for all their pupils and staff to thrive.
Joining this school, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow throughout your professional career within the school and as part of the Trust. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with a number of other Business Managers.
The Role
As the schools Business Manager, you will be expected to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Trust colleagues, whilst also ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school by managing various operational functions, including HR, facilities, and administration.
You will be expected to:
* Have prior experience in an Operations Management role.
* Have team management experience.
* Be competent in HR and Business Administration.
* Be hardworking, resilient and flexible
