About the role:
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to organize our company’s day-to-day accounting procedures.
The Finance Assistant is responsible for maintaining records for all transactions, preparing weekly invoice submissions and processing reimbursements. If you have a background in Finance and knowledge of bookkeeping activities, we’d like to meet you.
Working location: Uxbridge, London (Fully Office-based)
Key responsibilities:
* Manage accounts receivable and payable
* Monitor daily transactions and bank reconciliations
* Reconcile accounts with customers and clear customer balances in a timely manner, and send reminders to customers regularly
* Review and process reimbursements
* Issue the sales invoices, credit notes, quotation, and PO
* Keep records of the invoices and tax payments
* Identify and address account discrepancies
* Participate in reviewing finance related policies and procedures in line the principle of HQ
* Deal with any queries arising from unallocated in conjunction with external and internal parties
* Support to handle parts of audit report if required
Qualification and requirements:
* Preferable with 1 year of work experience as Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant, or similar role (fresh graduates are welcome)
* Hands-on experience with accounting software, Xero or QuickBooks
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
* Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
* Time-management and organization skills
* Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese language skills will be considered a plus.
