As a Senior Change & Implementation Manager you’ll be planning and leading key transformational projects across the Travelodge Estate. You’ll be working collaboratively with Project teams, Operations and other functions to lead the governance, approach and delivery of the change programme using change methodologies and lessons learnt. In addition you’ll use systematic root cause approaches to inform the continuous improvement of working practices, as well as support the development, improvement and communication of the hotel operating model. You will drive business decisions with analytical insight and have the ability to influence with extensive stakeholder management skills. You will have significant experience of developing and delivering waste management programmes through both customer, and colleague activity. You will use your ‘best in class’ project and change management skills to support the delivery of our 2030 Sustainability goals. Your communication style will be clear and concise, with the ability to coach and manage a small team, continuously reviewing and improving the approach to implementation improvement across the estate.
