As our CRM Specialist at Clayton Glass, you will play a crucial role in managing, optimising, and maintaining our Zoho CRM system to support our sales, customer service, and marketing teams. Your expertise will ensure seamless customer relationship management, streamlined sales processes, and improved customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
1. Administer and maintain the Zoho CRM platform, ensuring system performance, data integrity, and user accessibility.
2. Customize and configure Zoho CRM to align with business processes, including workflows, automation, modules, and layouts.
3. Implement and manage automation tools within Zoho CRM to streamline sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
Data Management:
1. Oversee data migration, integration, and cleansing activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
2. Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain high-quality data standards.
User Support & Training:
1. Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Zoho CRM.
2. Create user guides, documentation, and best practices for CRM usage.
Reporting & Analytics:
1. Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into sales performance, customer behaviour, and marketing effectiveness.
2. Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Integration & Customization:
1. Integrate Zoho CRM with other business tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, accounting software, and customer support systems).
2. Develop custom functions and scripts or APIs to enhance CRM functionality.
Process Optimization:
1. Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
2. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify CRM needs and implement solutions.
Stay Updated:
1. Keep abreast of the latest Zoho CRM updates, features, and industry trends to ensure the organization leverages the platform’s full potential.
Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on Zoho CRM.
2. Experience managing and leading CRM deployment in a manufacturing business.
3. In-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM features, including automation, customization, and integration capabilities.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and customer data.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
6. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
8. Knowledge of sales and marketing processes and best practices.
9. Familiarity with data migration and ETL tools.
10. Experience with MS-SQL (Microsoft Structured Query Language).
11. Previous experience in a sales-driven or customer-focused industry.
12. Driving licence.
