Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and interactive English and Maths GCSE tutoring sessions to students in the East of England area
* Provide one-on-one and group tutoring to support students in achieving their academic goals
* Create customised lesson plans based on individual student needs and learning styles
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to provide feedback on student performance
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS)
* Experience teaching English and Maths at GCSE level
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at GCSE level
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum for English and Maths
* Proficiency in using different teaching methods to engage students
* Ability to assess student needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Travel to different locations within the East of England area
