Reporting to: Technical Operations Manager The ideal candidate will have: Engineering qualification or proven track record in calibration Strong background in electrical diagnostics Practical experience with measurement instruments and testing equipment Understanding of quality management systems Experience in a customer-facing technical role You will need the ability to: Work independently at customer sites Maintain precise documentation and records Communicate effectively with customers and team members Problem-solve complex technical issues Adapt to changing priorities and requirements Follow strict quality procedures and standards Skills and experience: Demonstrated expertise in calibrating electrical, temperature, load, force, flow, and pressure measuring instruments Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical principles Experience with jig/tool recertification (preferred) Understanding of measurement uncertainty principles Proficiency in creating and following calibration procedures Strong attention to detail and quality focus Excellent organisational and time management skills Valid UK driving licence and willingness to work at customer sites This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation that values professional development and offers a supportive work environment.
