What you’ll be doing As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within our NHS Manchester team, you will be providing assessments and treatment to individuals who have been referred into our Step 2 Talking Therapies service. You will be managing a caseload of clients and delivering a range of evidence based one-to-one or group interventions. What we need from you You will be a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (or nearing qualification). You will have experience of working with people facing a range of barriers and social issues. You will have experience of working with individuals 1-2-1 and groups of people in different settings to help them achieve their goals. You will have knowledge of the barriers and issues facing our client group. You will have the ability to use a database or ability to learn how to use a database. You will have the ability to manage a varied and complex workload effectively. You will have a positive outlook and a ‘can do’ attitude. What we will offer you in return An annual salary of £32,324 (NHS B5 plus two years fixed point). A permanent, full-time contract (37.5 hours per week). 25 days holiday, and 30 once you've been here five years. A combination of working from home and from our office in Old Trafford, Manchester.
