Communications Consultant
We are seeking a talented Communications Consultant to join our client's team in a remote role. As a key member of the consultant team, you will develop and deliver communication solutions for a portfolio of reward, benefit, and pension clients.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £40k - £53k depending on experience. You will join a talented team of professionals with a huge passion for what they do. About the Role
* Develop and deliver communication strategies and campaigns for reward, benefit, and pension clients
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored communication solutions
* Project manage comms campaigns and be hands-on with elements such as campaign planning, writing content, and briefing in a range of digital and comms materials to the creative team
* Manage stakeholder relationships and work on projects across tone of voice and ensuring hitting client briefs
* Experience in all marketing channels, including events, research, blog content, and social media
* Support with events, research, blog content, and social media
* Experience in working in a 'consultancy' type role, advising clients on reward and benefit
* A passion for comms and marketing, with some experience in developing plans across different channels
* Experience in working directly with clients (agency experience is needed) and able to manage a client account, building relationships, managing timeframes, and budgets
* Experience in creating comms strategies and plans
* A passion for running engagement projects

They work with a range of businesses across different sectors in the development and activation of comms campaigns. Requirements
* Experience in pensions, reward, and benefit
* Proven experience in working with clients to come up with communication strategies and campaigns
* Strong experience in coaching and mentoring others and passion for helping others to grow and develop
* Love to keep up with the latest insights in the world of employee engagement, including pensions, reward, and benefit
* Able to take technical information and make it engaging
* Experience in managing stakeholder relationships
