Job Title: Social Worker – Initial Assessments Team
Location: Tower Hamlets
Rate: £32 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy Initial Assessments Team based in Tower Hamlets.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will coordinate a holistic assessment of individuals’ needs and risks, considering their strengths and promoting independence. You will establish and review an initial support plan in collaboration with the service user, carers, and service providers. Additionally, you will conduct social care assessments, support planning, and reviews promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level
