Client Details My client is a large law firm looking for a part time Legal Administrator to be based at their site in Solihull. This role is part time 22 hours per week. Description Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team. Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments. Managing databases and filing systems. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients. Writing letters and preparing reports. Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when necessary. Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner. Profile Experience working in a law firm Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
