Key Title: ESOL and Functional Skills Tutors Location: Cambridge /Peterborough Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible Timetables) Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) and Functional Skills classes to learners in the community. Tailor lessons to meet the individual needs and goals of students, ensuring that progress is made. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support. Ensure all teaching activities are compliant with relevant policies and procedures. Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment for all students. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in ESOL and/or Functional Skills. A relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent). Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to undergo one). Ability to work with learners of various backgrounds and levels. Passion for teaching and helping others achieve their potential.
