Job summary The Psychological Medicine and Older Adults Directorate is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and proficient Matron role in their Specialist community services. This is an exciting post that allows for close working and collaboration with senior management and clinicians in the future development of the directorate. The successful post holder will be based at the PMOA (Specialist) Community teams and will be an integral part of the Nursing, Quality and Assurance Team. The successful candidates will have exceptional communication, motivational and influencing skills being able to influence and encourage teams to work across organisational boundaries whilst holding patient care at the heart of their work. The candidates will need to be passionate about the delivery of high-quality patient care and have experience in leadership.
