Serve as the primary marketing contact for all teams across the company, coordinating and, when appropriate, executing a range of online and offline marketing activities. This role collaborates closely with the entire Marketing Department, while reporting directly to the Digital & Media Marketing Lead. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will act as a key point of contact for managing the demands of the Sales department and other internal teams, ensuring the smooth flow of communication and timely delivery of marketing support.
The Marketing Coordinator will ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, contribute to the planning and execution of marketing strategies, and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Marketing Campaign Coordination: Support the Digital & Media Marketing Lead with the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, OOH, digital, print, etc.), ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
* Manage Project Timelines: Oversee project schedules to ensure Copy and Design teams meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and deliver timely outputs by facilitating smooth collaboration between internal teams.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the liaison between the marketing team and both internal stakeholders (Sales, HR, and broader Marketing teams) and external partners (warehouse, agencies, and suppliers), ensuring clear communication and efficient collaboration across all touchpoints.
* CRM & Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the marketing database and CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and proper segmentation to support targeted campaigns.
* Manage Collateral Production and Distribution: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, supporting warehouse operations and managing inventory to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
* Manage Purchase Orders and Track Budget Expenditures: Process purchase orders and track budget expenditures, maintaining accurate records to ensure financial accountability for all marketing projects.
* Coordinate Client Gifting: Manage the client gifting process, from extracting and verifying data to collaborating with the warehouse to ensure timely order placements and delivery.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents and presentations, processing contracts, and assisting with ad hoc projects.
* Translation Process Management: Oversee the translation process for all marketing materials, ensuring quality and consistency, while managing the relationship with external translation agencies along with internal stakeholders.

* University degree with an emphasis in Marketing or Communications;
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing environment (preferable but not essential);
* Understanding/appreciation of luxury/premium brands;
* Fluency in Business English (written and spoken); paired with the knowledge of one or more European languages (desired but not necessary);
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Excellent organisational abilities;
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
