Role Overview: We are seeking a creative dynamic Learning and Development Business Partner reporting into the Head of Learning & Development for the UK&I business. Responsible for driving and enhancing the learning and development strategy across the organisation. This role is focused on designing and delivering training programmes, conducting training needs analysis, overseeing and supporting the content creation and utilization of the LMS academy along with all mandatory compliance training and supporting management and leadership capabilities. The candidate will have a team of direct reports and will bring a creative data-driven approach to learning initiatives, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to identify development needs and implement solutions that foster individual, and organisations growth supported by the Head of Learning and Development. There will be a key focus on enhancing the employee learning experience at scale, engagement, and overall organisational effectiveness through targeted blended development programmes. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs and identify performance gaps. Design, develop, and implement effective learning programs aligned with business objectives. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) essential and other training technologies designing of digital content Facilitate training sessions and workshops, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to support talent management and succession planning efforts. Create and maintain learning resources, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and job aids. Foster a culture of continuous learning through mentorship, coaching, and feedback. Avoid conflict of interests between personal interests and the interests of the UK & Ireland group. Exercise independent judgment, reasonable care, skill and diligence when carrying out their duties. Adhere to the UK & Ireland group’s policies on equality & diversity, information security, health and safety and data protection in the performance of their duties within the Learning and Development function within HR. Support and promote the UK & Ireland group’s sustainability plans and policies, including Carbon Management Plan, and carry out duties in a resource effect way, recognizing the shared responsibility of minimising negative environmental impacts wherever possible. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Ideally candidate is A Level, Level 5 or degree qualified preferably in Learning and Development, coaching, HR or business. Extensive experience in learning and development, organisational development, or a related field. Proven experience in instructional design and delivery of training including management and leadership development and coaching practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) essential and other training technologies. Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating training effectiveness and ROI. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
