Purpose:
Our team is responsible for analyzing risk in insurance proposals, determining policy terms and calculating premiums based on actuarial, statistical, and background information.
We identify and develop profitable business opportunities that support the company's overall objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assess standard and non-standard underwriting information
* Provide accurate quotations and acceptances to clients
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Meet or exceed sales targets
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
* Continuously improve underwriting processes and accuracy
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Flexible remote work options available, with occasional travel to our office required
