Job Title: Retirement Living Co-ordinator
Contract Type: Fixed term contract for 12 months
Salary: £25,965.41 (pro rata) (£27,112.48 is achieved after 18 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: 16 Hours per week

Working as part of a team committed to ‘best practice’ in the social housing field, you will facilitate the coordination and delivery of a professional service to retirement living customers across a designated group of schemes. This will include service, facilities, and housing management and monitoring service level agreements with partners.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
* Relevant experience of working with older and/or vulnerable people
* Good understanding of housing management
* Experience of managing relationships with partner agencies/organisations
* Formal qualifications in housing, care or support would be an advantage
Role Profile
To facilitate the coordination and delivery of a professional service to Retirement Living customers across a designated patch of the retirement living portfolio, in line with Riverside’s performance standards. Responsibilities include:
* Providing effective provision and delivery of services, facilities, and housing management across a group of schemes.
* Day-to-day monitoring of service level agreements with partners.
* Ensuring occupancy targets are met, through lettings and refurbishments of properties.
* Meeting rent collection and arrears targets.
* Providing practical support and information to customers when entering the service.
* Delivering high standards of housing management through regular site inspections.
* Monitoring and reducing issues of anti-social behaviour.
* Effectively using appropriate IT systems and maintaining professional records.
* Assessing potential customers' housing needs in consultation with relevant agencies.
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policies.
* Promoting customer involvement and integration into the local community.
* Coordinating the lettings process to minimize void levels.
* Traveling across the designated patch to deliver effective service.
* Observing the company’s code of conduct and maintaining professional integrity.
* Ensuring compliance with Riverside’s Equality and Diversity policy.
* Ensuring compliance with data quality legislation.
* Any other relevant duties as required by the designated manager.
Key Performance Indicators
* Ensuring high service levels and overall customer satisfaction.
* Maintaining rent arrears, voids, re-let days, and other agreed KPIs within target.
* Ensuring compliance with all mandatory Health and Safety standards.
* Addressing complaints in line with Riverside’s procedures.
Person Specification
* Relevant experience of working with older and vulnerable people.
* Experience of housing management duties.
* Experience of liaison with agencies/partner organisations.
* Formal care, support or housing qualifications.
