The Position Reporting into the UK & Ireland Sales Manager, the company is expanding their sales team following a re-alignment of their territories. The Midlands region is a strategic focus for them with a variety of end user sectors aligning well with their PPE / hand protection solutions from industrial & manufacturing through to healthcare and food service. You shall seek to align the manufacturer with Existing National accounts as well as independent distribution partners and promote new PPE innovations to the market and support your safety distribution partners with regular end-user calls. It shall be crucial in the first few months in the role to establish trust and an effective working relationship with the distribution sales team members. A large part of the Regional Sales position shall also require you to attend trade exhibitions and events across the UK. The Regional Sales Manager profile If you have a consultative selling style coupled with deep H&S legislation and PPE product knowledge this would be a good fit for the manufacturer’s premium products and advisory approach in the UK safety market. Example backgrounds. 1. A successful recent sales background working for either a National or Independent distributor selling PPE or safety products as part of your solution for end user clients. 2. Alternatively, we can also consider sales individuals who may have sales experience for a distributor or manufacturer from other sector such as Hygiene & Janitorial, Cleanroom supplies or perhaps Industrial consumables – for example, Rubix, Cromwell, MSC Industrial etc. Interested?
