Our public sector client is recruiting for an executive officer to join their team to support the Client Director. This is currently a temporary role until March 2025, with potential for extension depending on business need. This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday. The pay rate for this role is £13.05 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
This role will initially be fully office based, with potential flexibility for hybrid working depending on experience and training. The office is based in Birmingham City Centre.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Client Director. Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Diary and inbox management (this will be around 50% of the role)
* Event management and planning for team days
* Travel and hotel bookings
* Attending meetings, taking notes and preparing agendas
* Stakeholder management and support
* Supporting SLT when required
* Demonstrating fantastic communication skills
* Knowledge of MS applications
Candidates with a strong administrative background will be considered for this role. This role will also require candidates that are highly organised, able to use their initiative, and manage their own workload.
