THE ROLE
We are looking for a MAT Cover Recruitment Advisor to join our friendly and hard-working HR team. Working across our two sites in Bromsgrove and Worcester and reporting to the People and Development Manager. Participating in, sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our fast-paced ambitious company. The Recruitment Adviser will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes. The main objective will be to identify and engage with qualified candidates to build a talented team that will drive Kimal’s success.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be qualified to CIPD Level 3 or above and have recruitment experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. You will have excellent IT skills and you’ll be confident with HR systems. Proactive and efficient, you will be comfortable working to deadlines and prioritising your workload effectively. You won’t be afraid to challenge the status quo and will help us to transform the HR function at Kimal as we continue on our journey to implement best practice and update our processes, policies and systems.
