Job title: IT Service Desk Analyst Location: Onsite - Norwich Contract Duration: until 31st May Ext Day rate: up to £105/day inside IR35 Working hours: 8am - 6pm - 30 mins for lunch Maximum 1 weeks' notice period We are currently working with a firm who are looking to bring in an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st line IT Support to users across a number of sites. The IT Service Desk Analyst will be required to log and manage incoming calls through to resolution. The position of IT Service Desk Analyst requires a solid technical ability and a structured approach to troubleshooting, problem-solving. In addition, the IT Service Desk Analyst will require strong inter-personal skills are required to guide customers through situations, providing the highest levels of customer support and satisfaction.
