Job Summary:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a critical member of our leadership team at TGT Associates, responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in the investment management sector with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
* Strategic Planning: Strong strategic planning and business development experience with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
* Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to present complex information to senior leaders.
