The role is based on a part-time, on-site temporary assignment, for only Monday and Tuesday at an hourly rate of £12.99 We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our client team. This is a key role, providing general administrative support and contributing to the smooth running of client practice. Key Responsibilities: General administrative duties, including managing records, filing, and data entry. Handling phone calls, responding to enquiries, and scheduling appointments. Assisting with front desk reception duties, welcoming patients and managing their check-ins. Coordinating correspondence, emails, and documentation for the practice team. Supporting the medical staff with any administrative tasks related to patient care. Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. Experience with administrative duties, ideally within a healthcare setting.
