Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Salary: £65k+ depending on skills and experiences plus executive level benefits and relocation package available.
What you’ll be doing:
* Develop and implement best practice policies, processes, governance, and tools to support People Partners and Leads in engagement.
* Provide specialist advice using business insights and relationship management to enable effective engagement and facilitate change.
* Analyze industry trends and internal data to identify and implement performance improvement solutions.
* Lead projects to achieve business outcomes and meet Centre of Expertise (COE) requirements.
* Build relationships with People Partners and Leads, delivering high-quality, end-to-end services.
* Design communication materials and provide education for annual people activities, policy development, best practices, employee value propositions, and diversity initiatives.
Your skills and experiences:
* Proven track record in managing functional and business projects regularly.
* Strong understanding of business requirements and translating them into appropriate solutions.
* Experience in people management or leading small teams of HR professionals.
* Ability to deliver solutions within budget and timescales.
* Successful experience in a manufacturing or project-based organisation.
* Experience operating within a unionised business environment.
* Experience operating within a customer-focused environment.
* Degree in Human Resources or Business.
* Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) certification level 5.
The HR Business Partner team:
The role involves sharing specialist knowledge and supporting People Advisors, Partners, and Leads. You will collaborate with Heads of People and Leads to influence, operationalize, and deliver projects. You will implement best practices, coach People Partners and Leads, and engage with the business to achieve strategic goals in employee relations, workforce planning, learning and development, talent management, performance, diversity and inclusion, and rewards. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
