Interim Finance Manager job with a Public Sector organisation on a 6-month hybrid basis in Edinburgh. You will be working with senior management on the delivery of financial objectives, project work and business cases. Key Responsibilities: Financial management, including control accounts and financial reconciliations Reporting of month-end processes – accruals, prepayments and reconciliations Financial planning through financial submissions, ensuring financial plans are in alignment with the corporate strategy Project and programme management – monitoring of key projects with the accurate reporting of forecasts, profiling and impact on budgets People management to educate and train non-finance colleagues in the organisation's policies and procedures Supporting senior management to discharge their financial management responsibilities alongside risk identification and management To apply, you will be a qualified by experience or a part-qualified accountant experienced across the breadth of financial management including budget setting, financial planning and financial reporting.
