My client is looking to hire an experienced Registered Manager who has managed a Childrens care home. This role is based in Staffordshire and is a full time, Permanent role.
The Director is seeking a dedicated and experienced RegisteredManager to lead a brand new childrens home for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a rare opportunity to shape a home that is driven by therapeutic principles while ensuring children receive the highest standard of care in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.
The successful candidate will benefit from strong active support from a management team with a proven track record, ensuring they are never left to navigate challenges alone. As the home expands to a second property within two years, the Registered Manager will play a key role in shaping the groups growth while maintaining exemplary standards of care.
