As a Mental Health Safeguarding Lead, you will: Develop and oversee safeguarding policies and procedures. Act as the organisational lead on safeguarding, offering expertise and advice. Manage and escalate safeguarding concerns promptly. Oversee risk management related to harm to self and others. Conduct case reviews for high-risk situations. Provide safeguarding supervision and support for staff. Design and deliver training programs on safeguarding and patient safety. Lead audits and reviews to ensure compliance with guidelines. The ideal candidate for the Mental Health Safeguarding Lead role will have: A degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work or Mental Health Nursing.
