Role Overview: As a Health Care Assistant, you will work closely with adults with learning disabilities, supporting them in their day-to-day lives and helping them achieve their personal goals. You will play an essential role in promoting independence, well-being, and dignity for each individual. Key Responsibilities: Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support. Promote independence and encourage participation in social, educational, and recreational activities. Support individuals with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record health and well-being, reporting any concerns to senior staff. Assist in the administration of medications (if trained to do so). Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals, families, and other team members. Help implement individual care plans and support plans. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all service users
