We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Admin & Sales Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bicester.
Job Description:
As an Office Admin & Sales Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of both the office and sales activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Dealing with Purchase Order Input: Printing off orders and assisting in creating the works order.
2. General Filing: Organising and maintaining physical and digital files.
3. Scanning: Digitising documents for easy access and storage.
4. Answering and Re-routing Phone Calls: Providing excellent customer service by managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
5. Bonus / Works Order Input: Assisting in the entry of works orders as required.
6. Creating Inspection Sheets for New Work (if required): Supporting the quality control process by developing inspection sheets for new projects.
7. Assisting the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and maintaining customer records.
Requirements:
1. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
6. Experience in a sales support or admin role (preferred but not essential).
Working Hours: Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
Compensation: National Minimum Wage, up to £29,000 depending on experience.
