Post Title: Planning Team Leader
Location : Skye, Lochalsh and Rosshire
Hours : 35 Hours per week
Duration : Permanent
Salary : Grade HC11 - £53,835 - £58,895 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing the day to day delivery of the development management function within Skye, Lochalsh, Wester and Mid Ross as well as responsibility for aquaculture applications.. Contributing to the wider delivery of the planning service: and deputising for the Area Planning Manager(s) when required on planning matters to Members, Committee, customers and in response to the Chief Officer – Planning & Economic Development.

Requirements
Chartered Town Planner – full membership of the RTPI
Able to travel efficiently and effectively across the highlands between various work locations to meet operational service requirements.
