Who We’re Looking For Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced leader with a strong background in elderly care. The ideal candidate will have: Registered Nursing Home Manager Experience – Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings (essential). Nursing Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – Preferred but not essential. OR Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care – With significant leadership experience in a nursing home setting. Expertise in Nursing, Residential, and Dementia Care – Strong understanding of best practices in elderly care.
