We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our clients Supply Chain team. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00), with occasional out-of-hours availability.
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will:
* Entering and managing sales orders onto the company systems.
* Communicating with customers regarding orders and service issues.
* Inputting supplier dispatch information and managing stock planning.
* Coordinating with the procurement and production teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.
* Providing planning support for the team during holidays.
* Maintaining customer and sales data in the system.

* Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
* Computer literate and able to manage tasks efficiently.
* Proactive with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
