Team Leader- Days
7am-7pm 3 shifts per week (including alternate weekends plus an on call)

Would you like to work in a friendly nursing and care home in Edwinstowe? My client is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their dedicated and highly professional team. The home has high class facilities and beautiful landscaped gardens. With 49 beds, they take exceptional pride in working as a team to provide care that honours and values their residents.
You will be required to:
• Promoting resident’s independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect
• Promoting physical and emotional wellbeing giving input during shift handovers
• Leading the team to support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents by providing the highest standard of care.
• Supporting carers to provide personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
• Administering medication.
• Writing and updating care plans and keeping accurate daily records.
For his post you must be able to demonstrate:
• A relevant professional qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Experience of administering medication and updating care plans
• Leadership and good time management skills
• The ability to work 7am – 7pm on a rota basis
• Good written and oral communication skills
• A full UK Driving licence and transport due to the location of the home
