We're looking for an experienced Regional Business Development Executive to join our team, responsible for developing and growing sales within an established customer base. The ideal candidate will possess strong internal relationships with sales teams, encouraging them to incorporate our products into proposals and specifications.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Regional Business Development Executive, you'll spend your days liaising with key decision-makers from existing and prospective accounts. Your goal will be to identify upcoming projects and ensure our range of products is at the forefront of their minds.
This role requires adaptability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills, as you'll interact with diverse individuals and environments on a daily basis.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A background in selling office furniture or similar products through re-sellers or dealerships;
* A demonstrable track record in managing and growing existing accounts, as well as hitting new business targets;
* Outstanding networking and relationship-building skills, enabling you to connect with customer stakeholders at all levels;
* Strong organizational skills, with experience using CRM systems;
* An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
What We Offer
We provide a competitive remuneration package, including:
* A basic salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience;
* Uncapped commission of up to £30,000 annually;
* A high-spec PHEV or electric company car or car allowance;

* 31 days' holiday, including Bank Holidays.
