Pastoral Officer / Mainstream Secondary School / Newham / (Apply online only) per day
As part of our work with Teach 360, we are assisting a mainstream secondary school in their search for a Pastoral Officer to join their behavioural team at the beginning of the new academic year. You need to have previous experience managing a team as well as working with young people who exhibit challenging behaviour if you want to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with young people who have challenging behaviour.
* Monitor attendance, behaviour, and progress of children.
* Create positive relationships between staff and children.
* Identify concerns, risks, and barriers affecting students' progress.
Qualifications:
* Experience managing a team.
* Experience working with children who have challenging behaviour patterns.
* Strong behaviour management skills.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
