Assisting with FOH operations in a professional and friendly manner displaying high standards of customer care.
Uphold a high level of customer service, ensuring customer feedback is reported to the Duty Manager.
Ensure handling of equipment is in line with training. and ensure any defects are reported to the Duty Manager.
Being proactive in reporting any defects or dangers in the building that may result in accidents or harm to visiting customers or colleagues.
Assist in evacuations in line with procedures and training.
This is a varied role which is part of the Customer Experience team who operate the Front of House and Bars for all events.
