We are looking for a Human Resources Senior Administrator to join the People Directorate within Leicestershire Police. This position is full-time and permanent based at Force Headquarters with travel to other sites within the force area.
You will be supporting the aims of the organisation and providing an efficient and effective administrative and support service in this confidential environment to all departments within the Force. Actively promoting equality, opportunity and promoting good relations.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the work of the HR team members and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Providing advice to line managers and team leaders.
* Publishing internal recruitment adverts and articles on the force intranet.
The must haves
* A CIPD level 3 (i.e. Certificate in Personnel Practice).
* Experience of working in an administrative environment at a senior level and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills including report writing and presenting.
