Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Manage and maintain accurate filed records and documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments for team members.
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the processing of invoices and financial documentation to ensure timely payments.
Coordinate logistics for events, including booking venues and arranging catering services.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in a corporate environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
